You'll be part of an elite, fast-moving team that travels into Indiana's hottest summer solar markets on a 10-day on / 10-day off cycle —knocking doors, generating leads, and pushing each other to perform at the highest level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Canvassing door-to-door in high-opportunity territories
• Educating homeowners on solar programs and booking consultations
• Competing in high-energy field challenges with your blitz team
• Reporting daily to field leads and collaborating on growth strategies
• Representing Pure Earth Solar's elite field brand with professionalism and urgency

Who Thrives Here

• Able to commit to full 10-day travel cycles
• No experience needed — we train the right mindset

Compensation

• 100% Commission (Average $2,000–$6,000 per blitz)
• Performance bonuses + recognition
• Travel & housing covered during blitz cycles

This is not a remote position. Travel to field markets is required.
