The Sales Assistant will work closely with our sales team to support lead generation, client outreach, and overall sales operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities

    • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems

    • Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals

    • Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
