Minnesota Canvas is currently hiring Entry Level Sales Associates to join our growing Minneapolis team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, bars, events, promotions, or other customer-facing roles who are looking to start a rewarding long-term career.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll represent our nonprofit partners through face-to-face customer interactions at retail venues and promotional events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with customers and building positive relationships

Promoting nonprofit campaigns and explaining their mission

Providing excellent customer service and answering questions

Creating engaging customer experiences

Working toward individual and team performance goals

Learning sales, communication, and marketing techniques through ongoing training

Representing clients professionally at events and retail locations

Collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment
