We are seeking entry level Sales Associates to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. At Vivacity Management, our focus is to accelerate the sales cycle and drive sales in the most unique ways. We have established working systems that make sales processes extremely efficient. We work in a collaborative manner where our entire team works towards weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.We connect with customers on a personal level, which enables us to understand their problems and needs in order to provide the most customizable solutions. Our high-performance team provides customized sales consultations to ensure that the customers are heard at every step of the sales funnel. We provide tools that not only increase our customer base but ensure customer retention as well.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell telecommunication/mobile products and services to new and existing customers in a retail based setting. (Target/Best Buy)
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
