Position Overview

Our interns receive hands-on mentorship, daily sales training, and mindset coaching that provides a foundation for long-term success in any field. Many past interns have gone on to hold leadership positions on our team or stay in touch with mentors for years after the program ends.

What You'll Do

• Generate customer leads through direct-to-home contact
• Participate in team training sessions and 1-on-1 mentorship
• Learn how to run the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales opportunities
• Support clients through the sales process and after installation
• Work toward company goals and contribute to overall team performance

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to travel to Raleigh, NC for the summer

Compensation

Most first-time reps earn $2,000 - $3,000/month.

Top performers consistently hit $4,000 - $6,000/month or more.
