As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in direct sales, customer acquisition, and team leadership. You’ll report to the office daily for ongoing mentorship, product knowledge sessions, and strategy meetings with your team lead. From there, you’ll represent our clients through face-to-face interactions with customers in our clients’ retail locations —building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and consistently hitting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new customer acquisition and increase market share for our clients through direct sales
Educate customers on product features and service benefits with confidence and professionalism
Set sales goals and consistently exceed daily and weekly targets
Support team performance by mentoring newer team members and leading by example
Represent our brand with integrity in all client interactions
