This role is 100% commission-based, and our compensation structure is designed to reward performance generously. Top-performing team members routinely earn $5,000–$12,000 per week , with many exceeding six figures in their first few months.

About the Role

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar
• Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
• Work outdoors 6 days per week in assigned territories
• Receive ongoing training in sales, communication, and personal development
