What You’ll Do

Represent our clients and their brands professionally through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions.

Develop a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and sales strategies.

Build positive customer relationships while creating an engaging and professional experience.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Participate in ongoing training designed to strengthen communication, sales, and leadership skills.

Maintain a positive, competitive, and team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.

Open-minded and willing to learn new sales techniques and strategies.

A student mentality with a willingness to accept coaching and feedback.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take initiative.

Competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow and succeed.
