    Entry-Level Sales Representative

    Level Up USA | Full-Time | Event-Based | Base + Commission | Growth Opportunity

    Level Up USA is hiring motivated, hardworking, and dependable Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing event-based sales team.

    You'll represent our products and services at events and other in-person customer environments, connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right solutions.

    No prior sales experience is required — we provide training and coaching.

    What You'll Do

    • Represent Level Up USA at events and customer-facing locations.
    • Engage with customers and create positive experiences.
    • Learn and confidently explain our products and services.
    • Recommend solutions based on customer needs.
    • Work toward individual and team sales goals.
    • Participate in training, coaching, and team development.
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout each shift.

    Competitive sports or team experience is a plus. Athletes often bring the discipline, competitiveness, coachability, teamwork, and consistency that translate well into sales — but a sports background is not required.

    Requirements

    • Valid driver's license.
    • Reliable personal transportation.
    • Ability to work onsite and at events.

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    Base Salary + Commission

    Expected earnings: $50,000–$68,000/year

    Typical earning potential: $900–$1,800/week , depending on performance.
