🎯 Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a client-facing role where you'll be introducing prospects to our product, scheduling and conducting demos, and helping guide them through the sales and onboarding process.

You’ll work closely with our implementation and billing teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to activation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective home care agencies via phone, email, and social media

• Schedule and conduct virtual demos of the EnkiScribe platform

• Effectively communicate product value and answer basic technical/product questions

• Prepare and issue contracts

• Collaborate with the implementation and billing teams to ensure timely client onboarding

• Maintain activity records in CRM and meet weekly/monthly performance targets

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

• Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating SaaS platforms via Zoom or video call

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to learn quickly and follow a structured sales process

• A passion for technology and improving care in the home health sector
