What You'll Be Doing

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate customers on Clover Pest Control's services and value
• Generate new customer sign-ups and referrals
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field

What We're Looking For

• Positive, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Able to work independently and stay consistent
• Previous door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Incentives

• Uncapped earning potential
• 100% commission-based compensation with bonuses
• On-target earnings of $20,000–$60,000 over a 4-month season
• Additional incentives and performance bonuses available
