    Entry-Level Sales Representative – Solar (Paid Training)

    Location: In-Person | Local Market Pay: Commission + Bonuses | $1,200–$2,500+/Week Experience: Not Required Schedule: Set Field Days | Consistent Hours

    The Role

    This position focuses on face-to-face customer interaction, not closing contracts.

    Your responsibilities:

    Work assigned neighborhoods

    Speak with homeowners about energy costs and solar programs

    Qualify interest using a proven script

    Schedule appointments for senior sales consultants

    Track daily activity and results

    You set appointments. Closers handle the sale.
