We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our design services, and helping to expand our client base. No prior sales experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and development support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Identify sales opportunities and promote Nexmos Design’s creative services

• Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to potential clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client needs

• No prior sales experience necessary — training will be provided
