Do you thrive when juggling multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service? 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio Hudson is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Sauna Associate to join our team in Hudson, NH.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, managing their time efficiently, and working directly with clients in a health-focused setting.

Position Details

Pay: $15.00 per hour + bonuses Hours: 15–20 hours per week Schedule: Availability weekdays - evening shifts ( 3pm-7pm or 3pm-9pm and weekend shifts are required.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-energy, detail-driven position where accuracy, speed, and professionalism matter. You’ll be responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly while ensuring every client has an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in clients efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Managing appointment flow in a fast-paced environment

Educating clients on infrared sauna benefits and selling memberships

Leading studio tours and communicating promotions clearly

Completing administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality

Thoroughly cleaning and resetting saunas between sessions on tight schedules

Multitasking, moving quickly, and adapting to changing priorities

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Physically able to stay active throughout shifts

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
