3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio in Hudson NH is hiring a part time sauna associate to join our wellness-focused team. This is a fast-paced, active role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and helping clients in a health and wellness environment.

Available Tuesdays 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Available Fridays 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Available 8:45 AM – 2:30 PM for occasional daytime shifts

Available some weekends if needed

Must be into Health and Wellness in your own life

About the Role

This is not a sit-down desk job. You will move between responsibilities such as greeting clients, managing appointments, cleaning and resetting sauna rooms, and assisting customers.

We are looking for someone energetic, organized, and comfortable staying active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients professionally

Manage appointment flow in a fast-paced environment

Educate clients on infrared sauna benefits

Sell memberships and promote studio services

Lead studio tours and explain promotions

Clean and reset sauna rooms between sessions

Maintain a clean and organized studio

Complete front desk and administrative tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable staying active throughout shifts

Interest in health, wellness, or fitness preferred
