    The Role

    We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Service Technician to join our Blackfoot team. No prior pest control experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training to ensure you have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

    As a Service Technician, you will be the face of Aimvo. You'll manage a daily route, interacting with customers and applying precise treatments to protect their homes and businesses from pests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, listen to their concerns, and explain the services you'll be providing.
    • Inspections: Identify potential pest entry points and signs of activity around residential and commercial properties.
    • Treatment: Safely and effectively apply pest control products according to company standards and state regulations.
    • Documentation: Use a mobile device to log services, update customer notes, and manage your daily schedule.
    • Maintenance: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and in good working order.

    Qualifications

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
    • License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
    • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Mindset: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You should enjoy working independently and meeting new people.
    • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
