    BENEFITS/PERKS:

    Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program

    One to two week CCI certified technical training in Mokena, IL

    A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential

    ABOUT CREATIVE COLORS INTERNATIONAL

    Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in providing customers an economical alternative to restoration by repairing scratches, cuts, tears, burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily in the automotive, furniture, commercial and residential markets.

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair and distribute marketing literature explaining service

    Inspect areas for improvement and receive approval for restoration projects

    Greatly improve appearance on all leather and vinyl surfaces

    Prepare invoices for all service orders

    Investigate and solve customer dilemmas

    SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

    Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision

    Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor

    Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers’ requests within a given day and prioritize those requests

    Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Persistent and hard working

    Honest and loyal

    Outgoing personality

    Self-starter

    Money motivated

    Hands-on problem solving experience

    Capability to work in all weather conditions

    A valid driver’s license

    May not be colorblind

    Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease

    Able to work mostly M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional hours may be required to complete a task

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

    No experience necessary, but past experience in customer service industry preferred

    Must possess high school diploma or equivalent

    May be subject to a drug test, background check and driving record check
