    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Site Management: Support on-site operations and monitor work progress.
    • Manpower Management: Assist with attendance tracking and workforce allocation.
    • Administrative Support: Organize documents, prepare reports, and collect project data.
    • Material Management: Manage material inflow/outflow and track inventory levels.
    • Reporting: Compile and submit daily and weekly reports.
    • Project Support: Assist in schedule management, progress tracking, and communication with subcontractors.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or related technical majors preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Experience: No prior experience required — training will be provided.
    • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available).
    • Preferred Traits: * Strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude * Positive and collaborative personality * Excellent communication and organizational skills
