Duties

Engage with homeowners through warm, confident door-to-door interactions

Learn and deliver an effective sales pitch with clarity and professionalism

Set appointments and educate homeowners on solar benefits

Participate in daily and weekly training sessions to develop sales skills

Compete in team competitions designed to boost performance and earning potential

Uphold professionalism and respect while interacting in the community

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills or willingness to improve them

Coachable and open to feedback

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
