    JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS:

    The successful candidate for this job will work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment and will assume the role of a Supplier Quality Coordination focal for quality issues and communication between Boeing’s supply chain and the programs. He/she will work with our site procurement; engineering and quality representatives to identify and validate Boeing's quality requirements are flowed throughout the supply chain. The selected individual will work in an atmosphere rich with career development opportunities obtained by mentoring, coaching and team building with other motivated and talented quality specialists.

    Candidate will be introduced to and develop skills in such areas as:

    ISO9000/AS9100 Quality Requirements, Team work, Leadership skills, Project Management skills and the importance of Communication. They will also develop an understanding of Boeing’s supply chain management concepts. Boeing is very proactive in supporting continuous learning and provides several on-hours and off- hours learning opportunities.

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILL/EXPERIENCE)

    • Experience with MS Office Suite.

    • Experience with computer-based supply systems.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

    • Experience working with statistical data analysis and presenting the results.

    • Experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

    TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    RELOCATION
