Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Materials Management Analyst to join their team within the Supply Chain Execution Organization in Hazelwood, MO. The successful candidates will be expected to assist in performing inventory and materials management processes for U.S. Government Military customers. The candidates will Assists in releasing and maintaining orders to fabrication or assembly organizations that initiate manufacturing of products.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in releasing and maintaining orders to fabrication or assembly organizations that initiate manufacturing of products
Analyzes material requirements to determine attributes to drive accurate demand
Develops and controls inventory plans to optimize inventory levels
Manage turn rates and unit costs
Analyzing available resources and manages shop capacity to support on time delivery
Regulate the distribution of goods that will assist in the completion of the finished product
Coordinate with Boeing organizations to meet OTD of trainers
Synchronize part number attributes
Document and resolve order delinquencies
Work constraints that may have an adverse results to OTD
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Hazelwood, MO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Previous experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
Previous experience in Supply Chain processes
Previous experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Functioning in a cross-functional environment
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
