Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are understood and met. • Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, leveraging our comprehensive suite of services. • Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances. • Utilize our advanced tools and resources to streamline processes and enhance client interactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all dealings. Qualifications: • Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired You’ll fit well here if you’re competitive, coachable, and want income upside tied to performance. • Life & Health Insurance license required (we can support you if you’re in process). • SIE / Series 7 / Series 66 preferred (required within the first year if not currently held). • Strong communication skills and comfort in business development. • Backgrounds that often translate well: sales, BD, real estate, mortgage, banking, insurance, military, athletics, or prior financial services. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder. Compensation: $98,500 - $120,000 at plan commission per year
