Compensation: $110,000 at plan when goals are met Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to introduce and explain our premium metabolic health products, building trust and rapport. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brand values. • Utilize provided training and tools to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you deliver accurate information. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering support and guidance to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. • Track and report your sales activities and progress, helping us refine our approach and celebrate collective successes. • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, learn from peers, and contribute to a positive team culture. • Adapt to feedback and continuously improve your sales approach, staying aligned with our mission to empower healthier lifestyles.
