This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience while being supported by a team of experienced educators. What You’ll Do

Support teachers in classrooms from Infants through Preschool

Engage children in fun, hands-on activities that spark creativity, learning, and confidence

Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and welcoming

Assist with schedules and routines to balance play, rest, and exploration

Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates

Bandage boo-boos, wipe noses, give hugs—and make a child’s day brighter 💕

What You Bring

✔ 6 months–1 year of experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying (preferred but not required—we’ll train you!) ✔ A warm, welcoming personality and genuine love for kids ✔ Reliability and a positive, team-player attitude ✔ Ability to communicate with parents and teammates (bonus if bilingual!) ✔ Willingness to learn, grow, and build a career in early education
