Position and Responsibilities
- Connect with new customers and introduce our products and services
- Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals confidently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize value for customers and the company
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Take ownership of your goals and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, making you more money.
- Track leads and sales progress using CRM tools
- Maintain consistency in performance and activity to ensure steady progress toward goals
The tasks are quite demanding, and it will require significant effort and dedication.
Gold Spectrum’s Expectations
- Plan store visits for the next 48 hours, adjust for the following two days based on customer needs
- Sales routes: 10-12 store visits per day; submit for approval in Google Maps format
- Work Schedule: Be on the road 3-4 days a week, 10-12 hour workdays
- Consistency: Follow planned routes to maximize productivity and ensure area coverage
- On-time arrival: When scheduled at the warehouse, arrive between 9:30–10:00 AM
- Record activities: Log all visits, meetings, and activities in Zoho calendar
- Sales Logs: Maintain detailed notes on accounts, follow-ups, and status updates—submit weekly
- Open a minimum of four new accounts per month to meet growth targets
- Establish measurable goals with management, and actively work towards achieving them
- Regularly review performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Compensation & Perks
- First 8 Weeks (Guaranteed Training Pay):
- Base Pay: $500/week guaranteed, or commission (whichever is higher)
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
- Commission-only pay with no cap—your effort directly drives your income
- Per diem: $50/day for travel and trade shows
After Week 8 (Unlimited Earning Potential):
- Per diem for overnight travel and trade shows
- Commission Tiers (based on performance):
- Tier 2: 13.88%
- Tier 3: 12%
- Tier 4: 9.75%
- Tier 5: 7%
- Tier 6: 5%
- Tier 7: 3%
- Tier 8: 2%
