About the Role:

We are expanding our team and looking for a strong, steady leader to guide our duct cleaning crews. The Duct Cleaning Team Lead oversees daily operations, supports technicians, ensures high-quality workmanship, and maintains a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead duct cleaning jobs and set the example for professionalism

Coach and support technicians during daily operations

Ensure proper equipment setup, safety, and high standards of work

Perform attic insulation inspections and upgrade recommendations

Communicate clearly with customers and represent Enviro-Air with excellence

Help organize job flow, truck readiness, and daily assignments

Support training for new technicians

Promote company initiatives (reviews, yard signs, door hangers, upgrades)

Provide input to management on team needs, improvements, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in duct cleaning or related field preferred

Natural leadership ability — steady, patient, and team-focused

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to train and develop others

Strong attention to detail and accountability

Ability to manage workload, job efficiency, and quality control

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company
