Your expertise won't just be helpful—it will be absolutely critical in driving our projects to flawless completion Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Supervise and coordinate daily field activities and personnel on assigned projects. • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. • Monitor project progress , adjusting schedules and resources as needed to hit deadlines. • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects aligned. • Conduct thorough site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications. • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage. • Assist in resolving field-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally. • Support the training and development of field staff to boost their skills and safety awareness. Qualifications: What You'll Bring • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Construction Engineering, or a similar discipline, or a Technical or Trade School Certification , is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial services or construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of field operations, safety standards, and construction practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and ticketing/dispatch software like Salesforce. • A valid driver’s license and the ability to reliably commute. • The ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted and physically perform tasks in various environments (sitting, standing, bending, stooping, or kneeling for unspecified periods). • The ability to read and comprehend technical documents. Highly Preferred Qualifications • OSHA Certification(s) (10/30/40). • Equipment operation experience.
