About the Role:

Join REELSAFE SAFETY LLC as an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. We are dedicated to promoting a culture of safety and health, and we need passionate individuals to help us achieve our goals. This position is a Friday, Saturday & Sunday full time position and hours are 6 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and best practices.

Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.

Collaborate with management to promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies remain compliant.

Assist in emergency response planning and drills to prepare for potential incidents.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental health and safety roles.

Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or similar are preferred.

Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills and ability to train diverse teams.

Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
