We are seeking all levels of construction or trades experience to join our team and be trained as Environmental Service Technicians. Learn the Indoor Air Quality Service Industry. We service a local coverage area based out of Greensboro, NC.

Employment Type - Full-Time

Compensation $18 to $23 Hourly (DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Clean air ducts and dryer vents

· Coil cleaning

· Perform mold remediation per written and supervised protocol

· Provide moisture control systems in crawlspaces and basements

· Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations 24/7

· Clean and maintain equipment

· Treat each customer as if they were family

· Follow all local, state and federal safety laws, policies and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

· Available to Work ~ Monday – Friday - 7:30AM - 4PM Minimum (After Hours as needed)

· Must be a self-starter who can follow verbal and written instructions

· Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to report to work on time and able to perform required tasks

· Work Flexibility to work after hours and weekends when scheduled with extra pay

· Must have the ability to contribute as a team member

· Valid Drivers Licence

· Reliable transportation

· Legal USA residency or work permit

· Acceptable driving record and clean criminal history

· Must be able to lift 50 Lbs, maybe more
