About the Role:

REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Environmental Specialist to join our team in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental site assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance

Monitor and evaluate environmental conditions including air quality, soil, and water sampling

Develop and implement environmental management plans and programs

Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory agencies

Identify environmental hazards and recommend corrective actions to management

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, TCEQ, OSHA)

Provide environmental training and guidance to field personnel and staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience in an environmental specialist or EHS role, preferably in oil & gas or industrial settings

Strong knowledge of EPA, TCEQ, and OSHA environmental regulations

Experience with environmental sampling, data analysis, and report writing

Relevant certifications (CHMM, OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, or similar) are a plus

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in the field

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
