Responsibilities: • Field Execution: Perform crucial tasks such as power washing, tank/pit cleaning, material movement, and general labor in industrial, chemical, and manufacturing settings. • Safety Leadership: Champion a zero-incident culture by strictly adhering to and enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety protocols. Your clean safety record and proficient understanding of standards are indispensable. • Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate hand tools, power tools, light equipment, and heavy machinery , always following strict safety and operational guidelines. • Team Support & Mentorship: Act as a valuable resource and field expert, sharing knowledge and providing guidance and instruction to new team members. • Operational Excellence: Apply resourcefulness and creative problem-solving to complete jobs effectively, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold INSERV’s CORE values. Qualifications: • The Environmental Technician position in Fort Wayne, IN, US requires prior experience working in industrial environments and a proven ability to excel in a team-based setting. • Candidates should have a strong emphasis on safety practices and maintain a clean record without any significant safety violations. • Essential attributes for this role include adaptability, resourcefulness, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and a solid work ethic, which involves the capability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are indispensable for this position, as the ideal candidate should be a dedicated team player. • Detail-oriented individuals with a positive demeanor, a firm commitment to safety, a proficient understanding of OSHA regulations, and adeptness in accurate documentation are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
