ENVISION HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE is currently seeking PRN CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS to provide exceptional care to patients and families enrolled in our Home Health and Hospice program who require one-to-one attention and monitoring within THE OREM AREA.

Provide one-on-one, compassionate care and love your job!  Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Envision Certified Nursing Assistant follows a Care Plan specifically developed per patient. Our Certified Nursing Assistants have applicable licensure/certification in good standing per Envision policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited or state approved school
• Licensure as a CNA in the state of Utah. Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.
