Bridges Home Care is currently seeking a dynamic Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional direct care to patient's and families enrolled in our Homecare and Hospice Program in the home setting. Our Certified Nursing Assistants have applicable licensure/certification in good standing per Bridges policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited or state approved school
• Licensure as a CNA in the State of Colorado
• Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.
