Envision Sport Physical Therapy & Pilates is a progressive, state-of-the-art outpatient clinic where patient care is our number one priority. For the past 16 years, we have provided physical therapy & orthopedic rehabilitation to Southern Orange County with two locations; Rancho Santa Margarita and Irvine. Our programs are focused around Pilates-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and one-on-one treatments.

The PositionWe are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. We have a very upbeat staff that cares about the well-being of our patients and clients. An outgoing personality with excellent people skills are a must. As the Marketing Assistant, your primary goal is to build awareness of Envision Sport within our local community, as well as with our physicians. You will be responsible for the research, scheduling, and attendance of external marketing events with local businesses and wellness partners. This position will include attending events in the mornings, evenings and/or weekends as scheduled.

The Marketing Assistant will also serve as the company’s Physician Liaison; responsible for maintaining and growing our referral base with local physicians and serve as the point of contact for medical offices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintain & establish relationships with referring physicians across Orange County.

Deliver progress notes and plans of care to local physician offices. Track that notes have been signed off and returned in a timely manner.

Write, edit, and publish weekly blog articles.

Maintain and update company’s website. Familiarity with SEO is a bonus.

Produce marketing and promotional collateral including but not limited to brochures, handouts, presentations, etc.

Establish partnerships with like-minded businesses.

Coordinate and help the Physical Therapists to host workshops internally and externally.

Work with the President to determine which trade shows, health fairs, or other events would benefit the company most.

Answer questions regarding Envision Sport’s services.

Set up and man booths, including remaining in booth for the entirety of the event to maximize exposure, ensure availability of handouts/information, and collect information from interested parties.

Maintain good records of past, present, and future trade shows, health fairs, and other events.

Follow-up with interested parties in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate supplies for shows and events.

Drive to and from each event.

Load/unload supplies and booth at each venue without assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written) to perform the duties required of the position.

A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position.

Valid state issued driver’s license.

High school diploma required.

Prior trade show experience strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:

Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:

· Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance

· Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from

· Floor to waist

· Waist to shoulder

· Shoulder to overhead

· Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’

· Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys

· Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#

· Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#

· Viewing monitor screen/using keyboard occasionally <1 hour duration

EXPOSURE DETERMINATION:

· Does not have the potential for Hazardous Substance Exposure due to work duties

· Does not have the potential for Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure due to work duties

HIPAA STATUS:

· Has been determined as eligible for access to use and disclose PHI & EPHI based on work duties and responsibilities in compliance with ‘minimal necessary’ standards
