JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator

LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road and the 101)

COMPENSATION: $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 per year (Depending on Experience)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision and 401k)

SCHEDULE: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (NO nights, NO weekends, and NO major holidays!)

Envita is seeking to add an extremely organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator position to our growing Supply Chain department. This position will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the Unipathic supplement store such as fulfilling patient orders, issuing purchase orders to vendors, and maintaining proper stock levels. An ideal candidate would be well versed in supply chain concepts as well as computer programs and applications. Communicating well with others and the ability to work as a team to achieve goals is an essential part of this job. In addition, ingenuity and flexibility are highly sought-after traits to accommodate for the expected growth of this position. The expectations of this role include, but are not limited to, the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with clinic staff and physicians to fulfill patient orders
• Order all store products and materials from a variety of vendors
• Ensure the packing and shipping of all orders as well as the receiving of all vendor shipments
• Coordinate with physicians to source new products and establish new vendor accounts
• Maintain accurate stock levels for staff and physician visibility
• Update the store website to guarantee the most current information is reflected
• Run reports to determine which products should be stocked and their associated inventory quantities
• Implement supply chain techniques to minimize excess inventory and maintain 100% serviceability
• Develop creative, novel solutions to streamline a rapidly expanding business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of a 4-year degree from a college or university
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or Logistics required
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must understand Vendor Managed Relationships
• Must have superb communication skills- high level customer service is a must!
• Experience in a medical setting would be beneficial
• Must take ownership of the position, have a great work ethic, and want to excel at the position
