Envoltz is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to take ownership of the Accounting and HR duties of our rapidly growing business. In this position you will have a critical role in the company’s financial success by handling all Accounting (AP/AR, General Ledger, Bank reconciliation, billing) and HR Administration (employee benefits, insurance, record keeping, employee entry) responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Reconciliations of the monthly bank and credit card statements
• Daily monitoring of the credit card and bank account
• Inventory transactions and reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Sales tax
• Create and manage financial statements and dashboards
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout the accounting process
• Payroll
• Work with the company’s tax preparation accountants to understand all relevant and potential tax laws and incentives
• Human Resource Administration (employee benefits, insurance, record keeping, employee onboarding)

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience with accounting software (Global Shop Solutions ERP system highly beneficial but not required)

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the GAAP
