BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES

HUGHES ENTERPRISES, an Envoy Solutions Company, is an industrial packaging products and equipment provider located in Levittown, PA. We are currently seeking a high-quality sales professional to drive new customer acquisition and existing client expansion. The purpose of an outside sales representative is to develop, maintain, and grow profitable clients and serve as the principal point of contact between clients and Hughes Enterprises.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hunt for and develop new business
• Maintain, develop, and grow existing business within the assigned territory by establishing long-term customer relationships
• Assist sales management in reaching business plan goals
• Understand and achieve sales targets and objectives
• Demonstrate products and train customers on applications
• Be a resource to customers and sell value versus price
• Drive forecast attainment
• Document activities in CRM (Salesforce)
• Utilize solutions-based selling skills
• Manage business planning and execution
• Continuously learn and improve skill set relative to the market, products, applications, and selling strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience selling to industrial clients
• Ability to hunt for new business through cold calls and lead follow-up
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Goal driven
• Strong networker
• Outstanding sales preparation and organizational skills
• Open to coaching and self-improvement
• Creative problem solving
• Takes an active role in self-development
