We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence & MyChart Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our Epic EHR system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workflow analysis, system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support for Epic Cadence (Scheduling) and MyChart (Patient Portal).

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, test, and implement enhancements for Epic Cadence and MyChart.

Analyze workflows and provide solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and patient engagement tools.

Provide system support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and system best practices.

Qualifications:

Epic Cadence certification (required).

2+ years of experience with Epic system build and support.

Strong understanding of scheduling workflows and patient portal functionality.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT or clinical operations.
