Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator with Production Assistant capabilities to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging content to generate interest and build awareness of our brand. Your responsibilities will include managing Search Engine Optimization, managing Social Media Channels, Graphic Design and Print Production. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, with excellent written communication skills and a passion for Marketing and Building Strong work Teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on popular and emerging trends

Discover audience preferences

Create written, video, and image content for a variety of social media platforms designed to create buzz and pique interest

Monitor and report on web traffic and search engine optimization results and refine social media strategies based on the findings

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all social media platforms and updates

Educate colleagues on best practices in social media

Respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns submitted via social media in a timely manner

Manage customers incoming art files

Process and track orders with our print partners

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years marketing experience

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn platforms

Understanding of search engine optimization strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Word Press

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create high volumes of engaging content

Understanding of best practices in online marketing and social media marketing

Vast knowledge of email marketing platforms such as MailChimp

Photoshop and Illustrator a must

Very detail oriented

Knowledge of advertising and print production

Works well in collaborative agency-like environment

Quick learner

Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills

Ability to juggle a variety of projects at the same time and handle hard deadlines

Must possess interpersonal/communication skills

Good communicator both written and orally

Basic understanding of website development and SEO
