    If you answered yes to most (or all!) of the questions above, then you might make a fantastic INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR at Epic Gardening. 

    The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be the point person for our Epic creator & affiliate program, managing and growing an active community of content creators, influencers, and bloggers across the gardening, homesteading, and farming space. The coordinator will report directly to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager and work to develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies to onboard more affiliates/creators, re-engage and inspire existing affiliates/creators, and help drive revenue (especially during product launches, sales/promotions, and holidays.) 

    This role is incredibly social, requiring an enthusiastic marketer who is comfortable hopping onto video and phone calls, can make a stranger feel at home & inspired, remembers birthdays and life events, and offer a concierge-like experience. You’ll be expected to meet regularly with our creators/affiliates, maintain prompt communication, stay up-to-date with content trends, and monitor performance analytics.

    Having recently secured $17.5 million in financing in 2021 from The Chernin Group (TCG), we are now accelerating our growth and are looking for a charismatic and ambitious INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage relationships with influencers/affiliates/content creators

    • Write marketing campaign briefs for product launches & holidays

    • Guide transition onto new creator management software

    • Lead outreach to find new affiliates/brand ambassadors

    • Create unique onboarding experience for affiliates

    • Maintain strong email communication

    • Coordinate virtual events & workshops for creators

    • Report weekly on performance analytics

    • Manage program marketing budget 

    • Document the latest social media trends

    • Maintain creator content library

    Requirements

    • Based in the United States in a US time zone

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing, sales, customer experience (CX), talent management, or social media role. Internship experience is great too! If you’ve worked service or hospitality jobs, tell us about transferable skills.

    • Understanding of key marketing metrics (engagement rate, impressions, reach, conversion rate, return on investment, etc…)

    • Strong expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube -  Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and blogging are a plus.

    • Excellent communication skills, replying promptly and professionally to emails and messages. Must be comfortable making video and phone calls.

    • Highly organized with strong project management skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once.

    • Strong creative drive and design sensibility- creating branded assets in Canva or Photoshop is a big plus

    • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

    Ideals:

    • Passion for gardening

    • Experience using an influencer management software or affiliate marketing tool, such as Grin, Mavrck, #paid, Aspire, Tribe Dynamics, etc…

    • Experience as a content creator with past brand partnerships

    • Experience leading an affiliate or influencer marketing program

    • Experience running social media advertising strategies and campaigns

    • Ability to make basic branded creative assets in Canva, Photoshop, or another design tool

    Compensation & Benefits 

    • Salary Range: Starts at $65,000
