Job Description

The Customer Service Representative administers the units received for service from Receiving through Shipping. The process includes revising the incoming service order, providing the technician with required documentation, obtaining approval of estimates, and preparation for invoicing.

• Familiarity with the Windows operating system and with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good writing skills.
• Able to communicate with customers by email.
• Good phone skills.
• Organized and familiar with basic office management.
