Job Title: Epic Application Coordinator

Qualifications and Success Factors:

Experience: 3+ years in Epic application build and implementation at a health system.

Education: Certification or proficiency in Epic Radiant.

Preferred Skills:

Business analysis and project management.

Experience with safety net hospitals and Epic implementations.

Strong leadership and task ownership.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to scope and document workflows for RMC’s Epic (HealthLink) implementation, set for Q2 2025.

Build, test, and maintain system workflows, integrations, and optimizations.

Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution.

Provide recommendations for workflow and build enhancements.

Typical Tasks:

Gather and document technical/business requirements.

Configure and optimize Epic system workflows.

Ensure interoperability with third-party applications.

Facilitate end-user testing and training.

Maintain communication with stakeholders and adhere to project protocols.

Purpose: Support the successful implementation, stabilization, and optimization of Epic for Regional Medical Center.
