The incumbent must maintain the skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate the following equipment and machines used in the performance of this job:

1. Kitchen equipment, i.e., oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives. Serving area, i.e., cash register, steam table. Catering areas, 1.e., chafing dishes, service set up, beverage dispensers
