Accountant responsibilities are:
- Perform all accounting operations and ensure their compatibility with accounting principles and regulations
- Accounts Receivable
- Manage client invoicing process
- Monitor accounts receivable, communicating with sales team, production team, and clients
- Provide an excellent customer experience for clients and internal teams
- Ensure client information is accurate and up to date
- Process client payments, update accounting records and internal teams
- Accounts Payable
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Ensure all paperwork is filed and up to date for Epipheo vendors
- Prepare 1099 forms at year end
- Email correspondence with various vendors
- Review company credit card transactions
- Process Payroll and maintain payroll records
- Reconcile monthly accounting and sales records
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Retrieve, analyze and manage company's account information
- Prepare periodic reports for company's executives and top managers
- Prepares journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
- Analysis and calculation of adjustments for accruals and deferred revenue
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist in general administrative tasks
- Assist in HR related items such as employee benefits and onboarding/offboarding
