    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Our Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic leader who can bring their expertise in talent acquisition to lead our efforts in attracting the right candidate. The recruiting manager will be expected to build and develop a team of professionals who will deliver a “best-in-class” candidate recruiting experience, work with hiring mangers on talent needs and liaison with Human Resources on the overall company hiring strategy. Responsibilities will include making sound recruitment decisions as well as demonstrate excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the Recruiting Manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across all recruiters. The manager builds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.

    The recruitment manager is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designs, develops, and maintains the recruitment process in the organization. Sets clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting team.
    • Explores market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements those appropriate best practices for Episource.
    • Researches and chooses optimum recruitment channels and sources.
    • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization.)
    • Advises hiring managers on proper interviewing methods. Train and oversee hiring managers on company policies and procedures.
    • Supervises and provides overall guidance to the recruitment team. Evaluates the team’s performance.
    • Manages the recruitment database and tracks recruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire and cost per hire.)
    • Stays up to date on labor legislation and informs recruiters and manager about changes in regulations.
    • Regularly attends conference, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
    • Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data. __
    • May be assigned other duties.
    • Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Over 8 years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate environment, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant tracking Systems and HR databases.
    • Knowledge with HR practices and labor legislation fair employment regulations.
    • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with team management abilities.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
