MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE SEEKING CLINICIANS

[LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT, RPA (Registered Psychology Associate)]

Equanimity Integrated Behavioral Health and Wellness is seeking clinicians for both Towson and Parkville locations. Clinicians can work in hybrid format (in-person / telehealth); Employees must be full-time to receive benefits; part-time and contractor positions are also available.

Duties:

• Provide individual and/or family and possibly group therapy

Ability to work with patients of all ages, gender, race and other demographics

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health field

• At least 2 yrs. experience working with patients in a clinical or therapeutic setting

• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic proficiency, behavior management, and crisis intervention

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive behavioral therapy, Brief psychodynamic, DBT (mindfulness), Interpersonal therapy, Applied behavior analysis, Humanistic, (eclectic skills preferred)

• Must be flexible and able to work with multidisciplinary team
