EquiMed is a family business, operating since 1987. We assist clinics around the United Sates to follow their cardiac implantable devices 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing potential life threatening situations.

Some of the duties of this position will be:

Navigating implantable Cardiac device manufacturers websites:

Abbott (formerly St Jude Medical); Biotronik; Boston Scientific and Medtronic

Understand general pacemaker/ICD equipment

Utilize manufacturer websites

Enroll and schedule patients

Assist patients with transmitting data from home transmitters/smart phone APP over the phone

Order new patient equipment (transmitters) as needed

Set up and troubleshoot patient equipment

Call to remind patients of their schedule and assist them in sending their reports if needed

Communicating with clinics regarding patient status

This position would be in the office (remote not available) Monday through Friday.
