We are looking to hire three full-time Leasing Agents in our privately owned and operated Multi-Family Real Estate company. We buy, remodel and manage apartment buildings in Tucson and we are growing fast. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team where you will get a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Hours Required: 40 hours a week with two 8 hours weekends a month. Must be reliable, have great customer service skills and be tech-savvy. Essential Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other social media outreach - Responsible for lease marketing across the portfolio - Maintain Social Media pages, manage reviews - Plan and maintain the tour calendar for the leasing agents and property managers across the portfolio - Tour and upsell units across the portfolio - Create & post blogs - Create & send emails - Create & order marketing materials (flyers, brochures, giveaways, etc..) - Responsible for reporting market survey reports on a weekly basis - Responsible for reporting market survey reports on a weekly basis - Assist Property Managers as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required: - Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate the software - Have good verbal and written communication - Have good social media understanding and have the ability to hold multiple media accounts Requirements: - Valid Arizona Driver's License & clean driving record - Able to pass a drug test - Able to pass a background check - Knowledge in Graphic Design Software - Few years in Marketing/Social Media experience preferred
