We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable team player that would like to join our team in the role of Equipment Manager.     Job Summary

    As Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Product-room and all Mad Science inventory utilized in our enrichment programs. You will be responsible for scheduling all enrichment kits used by our enrichment instructors as well as ensuring they are properly maintained and in usable condition. As Equipment Manager, you would oversee and manage all equipment and chemicals used in each area of business, and manage storage and preparation.

    Responsibilities

    Ensures kits/equipment are in “ready to pull” condition for all areas of business; resolve equipment problems before returning kits to storage area

    Maintains a system for others to locate all equipment

    Ensures that all equipment checklists are up to date

    Schedules/assign kits for after school programs

    Oversees and conducts equipment check-in and check-out procedures

    Maintains/updates inventory system for kit durables; provide Supply Specialist with equipment purchasing requests

    Ensure all chemical products are properly labeled and stored in the office and the kits

    Maintain the appropriate SDS sheets for kits containing chemicals

    prioritizes SAFETY above everything else
