    Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime on evenings and weekends as needed

    Summary

    We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to support our long-term environmental remediation and construction project in Guthrie, OK. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling earthwork, trenching, and material movement in support of both clean construction and remediation scopes.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, and compactors

    • Assist with trenching, grading, backfilling, and loading operations

    • Follow direction from site superintendent and foremen to complete daily tasks

    • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

    • Maintain awareness of site conditions, underground utilities, and exclusion zones

    • Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all site-specific safety procedures

    • Assist with environmental remediation activities as needed

    Required Skills & Abilities

    • Skilled in operating various types of earthmoving and trenching equipment

    • Ability to read and follow grade stakes, survey markings, or GPS-assisted layout (preferred)

    • Strong awareness of jobsite safety and the ability to work in sensitive environments

    • Willingness to wear PPE and assist with general labor when not operating

    • Ability to follow direction, work in teams, and adapt to changing site conditions

    Education & Certifications

    • 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred; training can be provided)

    • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    • Minimum 1 year of equipment operation experience in civil construction or environmental fieldwork

    Work Conditions

    • Outdoor work in all weather conditions

    • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
