Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support our rental operations and customer service activities.

In this role, you will assist customers with equipment and material rentals, process orders, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with equipment rentals and material inquiries
• Provide clear information about available products and services
• Process rental orders and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Follow up with leads and returning customers
• Coordinate rental schedules and basic logistics
• Support daily office and operational tasks
• Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work full-time schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or rental industry is a plus but not required

Schedule

Full-time position
Weekday availability required
